Can I request fabric samples before purchasing a sofa?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering our free fabric swatches to ensure the color and texture perfectly match your home decor. You can request up to six samples via our website or by contacting our customer service team.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 14-day return period for online orders. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that bespoke, made-to-order items, and mattresses that have been unsealed cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer interest-free credit or financing?
To help you create your dream home, we offer various interest-free credit options (0% APR) on qualifying orders over a certain value. Finance is subject to status and a minimum deposit is usually required.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
All Arighi Bianchi furniture comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer's guarantee against structural defects. Many of our sofa ranges also include extended 10-year or 15-year frame guarantees for additional peace of mind.
