  Ensure your furniture or accessories are in their original condition and packaging, as items must be in a resalable state to qualify for a full refund.

  Arrange Collection or Return

  For smaller items, you may use a tracked courier service; for larger furniture pieces, our team will help schedule a professional collection from your home.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
